Frame k’s probability; a speechstart or speechend event when speech starts or ends.

reset()

reset() -> None

Back to silence, with no speechend for the speech it was in.

active	bool	Speech is open: a frame went over confidence, and stop_secs under exit_confidence have not passed yet.
